Each unit has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a lounge
with a kitchenette and a separate ensuite with a shower. One unit has a single bed settee in the lounge area for an extra person. Each unit has a separate entrance. Off street parking is available next to the units. |
| The ensuite has a shower big enough for two and double
vanity basins. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and a heated towel
rail. The queen sized bed has an electric blanket and the bedroom has an overhead fan and radio clock. The bedroom cupboard has an iron and ironing board for those important occasions or for longer term travellers. |

The living area has a couch, small table and chairs, CD
player, Television, DVD/VCR and we have a growing collection of videos and
DVDs. The kitchenette, has a sink, bar fridge, a microwave, kettle and toaster, cutlery and crockery and an electric frying pan. A basket breakfast with orange juice, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, freshly baked bread, and eggs, bacon and tomatoes, is provided for our guests to prepare at their leisure. Fresh local produce is used when available. A range of teas and coffee for the plunger are also provided. |
| Both units have Split System Air conditioning.
Each unit has a wood combustion heater in the living area, this
very comfortably heats the whole unit.

A gas heated outdoor spa will accommodate four people very comfortably. Robes are available in the units to use as towels. |
| Guests are welcome to use the outside living
area, with gas barbecue, between the B&B units and the house and
to wander in the landscaped
garden. | |
